- Frozen spinach discs 5 oz
- Cream 15 fl oz
- Ready-made dry lasagna sheets 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Russian Cheese 10 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 5 oz
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide

First, preheat the oven to 390°F.

Meanwhile, clean the chicken from tendons and finely chop it with a knife or in a blender. Then, sauté it in olive oil for about three minutes. Remove from heat, lightly salt, pepper, and add the thawed spinach. Mix well.

Now let's prepare the béchamel sauce. Melt the butter and add the flour, sautéing until golden brown. Once the flour is browned, add the cream, white pepper, nutmeg, and crushed garlic.

Don't forget to stir constantly, and everything will turn out great! Has it thickened? Perfect! Remove from heat, take out the garlic, and set aside.

Now let's assemble the lasagna. Take a deep baking dish of suitable size. Layer 1 — lasagna sheets, chicken with spinach, and béchamel. Layer 2 — lasagna sheets and cheese (half Russian and mozzarella — tear it by hand for better flavor). Layer 3 — lasagna sheets, chicken, béchamel, and the remaining cheese (Russian and Parmesan).

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, then check for doneness with a toothpick; if you feel that the pasta is still firm when pierced, bake for another 3 minutes.
