Gnocchi with Wild Garlic and Blue Cheese
Ingredients
- Gnocchi 10 oz
- Grated Ginger Root ¾ tablespoon
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Shallot 1 head
- Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Wild Garlic Greens 1 bunch
- Cilantro 4 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a skillet and add minced garlic, finely chopped shallot, and ginger. Sauté for 2–3 minutes.
Step 2
Add the gnocchi and fry, stirring, until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cheese and let it melt. Mix well, add finely chopped wild garlic, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Serve on plates and sprinkle with chopped cilantro leaves and freshly ground black pepper.
