  • Gluten-Free Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Pine Nut Milk ⅓ cup
  • Water ⅓ cup
  • Aquafaba 0 fl oz
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Agave Syrup 1 tablespoon
  • Cardamom to taste
  • Salt a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sift the flour.

Step 2

Whip the aquafaba with a mixer for 2–3 minutes until frothy.

Step 3

Mix the flour with olive oil, add the aquafaba, and mix well.

Step 4

Gradually add the milk and water while mixing with the mixer until the mixture is smooth.

Step 5

Add the syrup and mix everything well. Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.

Step 6

Cook one pancake on each side for 2–3 minutes.
