Ingredients
- Rice Flour 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 0 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Aquafaba to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Vanilla 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Step 2
In another bowl, whip the aquafaba until it resembles whipped eggs for 2–3 minutes. Mix all liquid ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
Step 3
Cook one pancake on each side for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4
Once small holes and air bubbles form on the top of the pancake, carefully flip it.
