- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Parsnip 30 oz
- Water ½ cup
- Balsamic Vinegar ¼ cup

Step 1
Pour the sugar into a skillet and place it over medium heat. Cook until it melts and turns into caramel. Add the butter and the parsnip cut into thin strips. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add the vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and cook for another 10-15 minutes until tender. Then remove the lid and, stirring, cook for 5 minutes until the parsnip caramelizes. Serve warm.
