Ginger Mayonnaise Sauce
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Malt Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
- Pickled garlic 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Carefully crack the egg into a deep bowl.
Step 2
Add the Dijon mustard.
Step 3
Add the lemon juice.
Step 4
Then add the wine vinegar.
Step 5
Season with pepper and salt.
Step 6
Pour in the mustard oil.
Step 7
Add the olive oil.
Step 8
Blend vigorously with an immersion blender.
Step 9
Finely chop the ginger.
Step 10
Add it to the sauce and blend again with the blender.
Step 11
Transfer to a convenient container and store in the refrigerator for 3–5 days.
