You can use any sour berries for the jelly.
Ingredients
- Semolina 0 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Sugar 0 oz
- Vanilla extract ½ spoons
- Cherry 5 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Potato protein 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 3
Gradually add the semolina while stirring vigorously to cook the porridge, then remove from heat.
Step 4
Whisk the egg yolks with 40 grams of sugar, then add vanilla and a little semolina, and mix well.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a saucepan with the semolina, return to low heat, and stir until the mixture thickens. Do not bring to a boil.
Step 6
Whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gently fold them into the mixture over low heat, being careful not to bring it to a boil.
Step 7
In a clean saucepan, add the berries, sugar, and starch.
Step 8
Pour in the water. Place it on the heat and bring to a boil.
Step 9
Transfer the porridge to a deep plate.
Step 10
Generously drizzle with jelly. Serve.
