Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 1½ cups
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Margarine 3 tablespoons
  • Cheese Spread 10 oz
  • Dry yeast 0 oz
  • Spicy salami 5 oz
  • Tomatoes 15 oz
  • Pickles 1 piece
  • Anchovies 4 pieces
  • Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Knead the dough with yeast, add flour and salt, mix in warm milk, and let it rise in a warm place. Knead the dough again and place it in a greased deep dish.

Step 2

Mix the cheese and diced salami, spread over the dough; top with slices of tomato and season with spices. Drizzle the surface with vegetable oil and let the dough rise a bit more.

Step 3

Bake for about 25 minutes at medium temperature.

Step 4

Top the finished pizza with slices of pickle and anchovy fillets.
