Ingredients
- Duck wings 35 oz
- Soy Sauce 10 fl oz
- Garlic to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Wheat Flour to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken wings into three parts. Pour soy sauce over them so that all wings are submerged in the sauce, but not floating. Leave for about 5–6 hours, but do not leave too long, or the wings will become too salty.
Step 2
After that, coat the wings in flour. The mixture should not be too thick, but it should not drip off the wings (a batter should form).
Step 3
Next, fry the wings in oil. Sprinkle with garlic and drizzle with lemon juice to taste.
