Description

The brine is very tasty, and the tomatoes are a world-class snack... Much depends on the quality of the juice; the best is, of course, your own homemade natural juice. If the juice is very sour, you can add some sugar.

Ingredients

  • Apple juice with pulp 0 qt
  • Tomatoes 5 lbs
  • Salt 2 tablespoons
  • Celery stalk 4 pieces
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • Garlic 5 cloves

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour boiling water over medium-sized, firm tomatoes with green stems and cover with a lid for about 20 minutes.

Step 2

During this time, bring the apple juice with salt to a boil.

Step 3

In a pickling container, place the celery stalks, crushed garlic cloves, and chili pepper or chili paste.

Step 4

Pour the boiling brine over the ingredients, let it cool; you can leave it in the kitchen for another day, but I usually put it in the refrigerator right away, and we eat them the next day.
