Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Apple Cider Vinegar ½ teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Thistle Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crack the egg into a deep container, being careful not to break the yolk.
Step 2
Add the apple cider vinegar.
Step 3
Season with lemon juice.
Step 4
Add the mustard.
Step 5
Season with ground black pepper.
Step 6
Add salt.
Step 7
Pour in the refined olive oil.
Step 8
Then add the unrefined olive oil.
Step 9
Add the thistle oil.
Step 10
Blend vigorously with an immersion blender.
Step 11
Use a press to crush the garlic and blend again.
Step 12
The fragrant and healthy sauce is ready!
