Ingredients
- Red Grape Juice 0 qt
- Water 0 qt
- Vinegar essence 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Celery salt ½ piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Garlic 3 heads
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Green peppercorns 6 pieces
- Spices 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the cleaned and finely chopped roots with wine, water, and vinegar, add salt and spices for aroma (except for garlic) and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from heat, add finely chopped garlic, and cool well.
Step 3
Pour the meat only with cold marinade.
