  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Chinese green beans 20 oz
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Chili Flakes a pinch
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Trim the ends of the green beans and boil them in lightly salted water until tender. Drain and transfer to ice water. Drain again.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the thinly sliced garlic. Cook for 1 minute, then add the diced tomatoes (seeded) and green beans. Gently stir and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Step 3

Remove from heat and add the herbs and chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
