Ingredients
- Peanut Butter 4 teaspoons
- Water ¾ cup
- Soy Sauce 4 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil 2 teaspoons
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 4 teaspoons
- Mirin 3 teaspoons
- Toasted Sesame 3 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, place the peanut butter, add a little water, set over low heat, and stir.
Step 2
Gradually add the remaining water while constantly stirring the mixture (do not let it boil too much). The mixture should reach a medium thickness.
Step 3
Remove from heat, add soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and mirin. Mix well.
Step 4
Serve the sauce chilled, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
