Fusilli pasta with zucchini and bacon
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Pancetta 5 oz
- Pasta shells 5 oz
- Milk 2 tablespoons
- Cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion until golden.
Step 2
Add the zucchini and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Then add the pancetta and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, bring water to a boil for the pasta and prepare the cream sauce: heat 125 ml of cream mixed with 2 tablespoons of milk on low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add the zucchini and pancetta to the pasta 1 minute before the pasta is done.
Step 6
Then add the sauce to the pasta.
