Ingredients
- Puff Pastry 10 oz
- Chili jam 4 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Apple 1 piece
- Strawberry 5 oz
- Kiwi 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roll out the dough into a thin layer about 3–4 mm thick. Spread sour cream on it first, then strawberry jam.
Step 2
Top with sliced bananas, apple, strawberries, and kiwi. Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 390°F for 15–20 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve. You can use any other jam instead of strawberry jam, or honey.
