Fruit Pancakes
Ingredients
- Kefir 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Kiwi 1 piece
- Apple 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Wheat Flour 1½ tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the flour into a deep bowl.
Step 2
Add the vanilla sugar.
Step 3
Add the kefir and stir.
Step 4
Crack the egg, add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Step 5
Peel the apple, cut it into pieces, and add it to the batter.
Step 6
Do the same with the kiwi — peel the kiwi and cut it into pieces.
Step 7
Add it to the batter with the apples.
Step 8
Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Form the fruit pancakes and fry on low heat on both sides until golden brown.
Step 9
Serve the finished fruit pancakes with jam or sour cream.
