- Jam 2 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens ½ teaspoon
- Port Wine 1 tablespoon
- Citrus Zest Mix ¼ tablespoon
- Onion ½ head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash the blackcurrant jam or jelly with mustard, add port wine, lemon juice, and orange juice, and strain through a sieve.
Step 2
Cut the lemon and orange zest into thin strips, blanch by dipping them in boiling water for 1 minute. Also blanch the finely chopped onion.
Step 3
Cool the zest and onion, then mix with the sauce. You can add pepper.
