Frittatas with Potato Chips
Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
- Milk 1½ tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Leek 1 piece
- Onion ½ head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Corn Nacho Chips to taste
- Cheshire Cheese 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 320°F.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add finely chopped onion and leek. Lightly salt and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add grated carrot and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 5
Grease 6 muffin tins with oil. Distribute the grated cheese among the tins, then add the vegetables. Pour the egg mixture, filling the tins three-quarters full. Top each tin with a few pieces of chips.
Step 6
Bake until set, 12-15 minutes. Serve hot.
