Ingredients
- Thyme 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Gruyère cheese 0 oz
- Cream 10 fl oz
- Shallot 3 pieces
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the shallots for 3 minutes. Add 250 g of quartered tomatoes and finely chopped thyme leaves, cook for 2 minutes. Season to taste.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a muffin tin. Whisk 4 eggs with the cream and season. Pour into the molds and top with the tomato mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 12–15 minutes until puffed up.
Step 3
Serve warm or cold with a green salad.
