Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 10 pieces
- Ricotta cheese 10 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 1 sprig
- Marinated cherries 20 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- "Five Pepper Blend" to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the spinach.
Step 2
Then finely chop.
Step 3
Crack the eggs into a baking dish.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Whisk the eggs together with the ricotta until smooth.

Add the chopped spinach.

Separate the basil leaves from the stems. If the leaves are large, chop them.

Add the herbs to the eggs.

Mix thoroughly.

Add lightly sautéed cherry tomatoes.

Stir again.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.

Place in the oven preheated to 430°F.
