Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 8 pieces
- Onion ½ heads
- Ricotta cheese 10 oz
- Peppermint leaves ½ bunches
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them with a fork.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the onion, then sauté it in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, and add the finely chopped mint leaves. After 2-3 minutes, add the ricotta (previously mashed with a fork).
Step 3
After a couple more minutes, pour in the eggs and let them set. Flip it over using a plate and cook until done.
Step 4
Cut into serving pieces and serve, garnished with mint.
