Ingredients
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Thyme 1 teaspoon
- Salad Potatoes 15 oz
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Ham 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 8 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in it. Add diced ham and fry until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
Step 2
Add sliced onions (5 mm thick) to the skillet and sauté over medium heat. Transfer to another plate.
Step 3
Add sliced potatoes (5 mm thick) to the skillet, season with salt, and fry for 15 minutes until golden. Mix the potatoes with the ham and sprinkle with onions.
Step 4
Beat the eggs, thyme, freshly ground black pepper, salt, and 60 ml of water. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and ham, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 25–30 minutes. Serve the dish hot or at room temperature.
