Ingredients
- Broccoli 5 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers 1 piece
- Bresaola Ham 5 oz
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Nutmeg 1 teaspoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the eggs with salt, ground nutmeg, and paprika. Whisk well.
Step 2
Break the broccoli into florets, peel the pepper and cut it into thin strips. Slice the onion into thin half-rings.
Step 3
Slice the bresaola into thin strips.
Step 4
Finely chop the garlic, mix it with lemon juice and olive oil.
Step 5
Sauté the sliced onion in butter until soft, add the broccoli and bresaola, and sauté for one minute, then add the pepper, sauté for another minute, add a pinch of thyme leaves, after a minute add the garlic with lemon juice and oil, and after thirty seconds pour in the eggs.
Step 6
When the eggs start to set, place the skillet in a preheated oven at 355°F for seven to ten minutes.
Step 7
Serve, seasoned with salt, pepper, and sprinkled with thyme leaves.
