Fried Zucchini with Sour Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Egg white 1 piece
- Clarified Butter 2 tablespoons
- Dill 1 bunch
- Garlic 1 head
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini into rings about 1 cm thick. Beat the egg with a fork and add a generous amount of salt (since we won't be salting the zucchini).
Step 2
Crush the garlic into the sour cream, finely chop the dill, add salt, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add a tablespoon each of clarified butter and vegetable oil to the frying pan and heat. Dip the zucchini in the egg and place them in the pan. Fry on both sides.
Step 4
Place the fried zucchini on a plate and, while hot, spread with the sour cream sauce.
