  • Wheat Flour ¼ cup
  • Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Coarse Salt to taste

Step 1

Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and coat each side in flour.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet well and add half of the olive oil. Arrange the zucchini in a single layer and fry over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side until tender and golden, adding more oil as needed. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with coarse salt and minced garlic.
