  • Young zucchini 2 pieces
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Salt to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2

Slice the zucchini into rounds about 7–10 mm thick.

Step 3

Peel the garlic cloves and crush them with the flat side of a knife.

Step 4

In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Step 5

Remove the garlic and fry the zucchini rounds in the infused oil for 1 minute on each side.

Step 6

Place the cooked zucchini on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.

Step 7

Finely chop the dill.

Step 8

Arrange the zucchini on a serving plate and sprinkle with chopped dill.
