Ingredients
- Courgette 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons

Step 1
For frying, choose small zucchinis with fine seeds. Clean the zucchinis, slice them into pieces about 1 cm thick, salt them, coat in flour, and fry in oil on both sides until golden brown.
Step 2
If the zucchinis turn out to be tough after frying, cover them with a lid and leave them on low heat for 5-10 minutes. The finished zucchinis can be served with sour cream and brought to a boil, or the sour cream can be served separately.
