- Snap Peas 30 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Palm Sugar ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Fish Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the peas and dry them on a paper towel.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, add the finely chopped garlic, and sauté until it changes color slightly.
Step 3
Add the peas and fry, stirring, for 2-3 minutes until the pods are coated with a crispy crust.
Step 4
Add the sugar, fish sauce, and black pepper, mix well, quickly heat through, and serve.
