- New Potatoes 5 lbs
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Dill 2 tablespoons
- Chives 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Cut the potatoes into 4 pieces and boil in boiling water until tender, about 9 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Then add the potatoes and herbs, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 8 minutes, stirring, until the potatoes are golden brown. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
