  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Paprika to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the tomatoes, dip them in boiling water for a few seconds, and remove the skin. Slice them into rounds, sprinkle with paprika, garlic, and black or red pepper to your liking.

Step 2

Prepare the batter: beat 2 eggs, mix with 2 tablespoons of sour cream or mayonnaise, add grated cheese, and mix everything thoroughly once more. Optionally, you can salt the batter, but I usually don't do this, as the acidity from the mayonnaise and cheese is sufficient.

Step 3

Heat a frying pan, pour in the oil, and wait for it to heat up well. Then, dip the tomatoes in the batter and place them in the pan using a spoon or spatula. Fry the tomatoes until golden brown.
