Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs 6 tablespoons
- Tomatoes 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into thick slices, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Drain the excess juice. Place the breadcrumbs in one plate and beat the egg in another. Heat the oil in a deep skillet.
Step 3
Dip the tomato slices first in the breadcrumbs, then in the egg, then back in the breadcrumbs, and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve immediately.
