Fried tiger shrimp
Ingredients
- Tiger shrimp in brine 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Lemon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Using scissors, cut the shrimp's head from underneath and rinse it under cold running water to remove all the insides. Cut along the back of the shell and remove the digestive tract.
Step 2
Mix the vegetable oil with the chopped garlic and parsley, heat it in a skillet, and add the shrimp. Cook for one and a half minutes on each side. Then turn off the heat and let them sit in the skillet for a couple more minutes; the shrimp will finish cooking in the residual heat.
Step 3
Arrange the shrimp on a plate and serve with a slice of lemon.
