Fried Spring Roll
Ingredients
- Rice Paper 3 pieces
- Napa Cabbage 1 piece
- Melted Cheese 0 oz
- Ramiro Pepper 0 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 0 oz
- Cilantro 2 sprigs
- Vegetable Oil 2½ tablespoons
- Chili Flakes to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Tear the green part of the Napa cabbage leaf by hand.
Step 2
Separate the cilantro leaves from the stems.
Step 3
Cut the mozzarella into strips.
Step 4
Do the same with the ramiro pepper and sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 5
Soak the rice paper in room temperature water for a few seconds.
Step 6
Transfer it to a flat surface.
Step 7
Place the filling ingredients on it.
Step 8
Roll up the spring rolls.
Step 9
Place them in the heated oil in a pan. Fry on high heat for 3–4 minutes on each side.
Step 10
Transfer to a plate, season with chili flakes, and serve.
