- Soy Sauce 3 spoons
- Shrimp 25 oz
- Chili Oil 2 spoons
- Sesame Oil 2 spoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Chinese Black Rice Vinegar 2 spoons
- Scallions 1 stalk
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the shrimp, removing the shells and intestines while leaving the tails intact.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, and sugar.
Step 3
In a wok over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes on each side until they turn pink.
Step 5
Pour in the sauce and mix well.
