Description
This is a method for preparing raw shrimp. Peeled, shell-free, tail-free, and deveined, quick-frozen royal shrimp are used here. Before cooking, they need to be thawed. They cook very quickly, literally in 5–7 minutes if using a large skillet. Remember to stir them: if there are many, pay special attention to ensure everything cooks evenly. If desired, you can add fish or seafood seasoning, but check it for salt to avoid over-salting the dish. Fresh garlic can also be used, but this will increase the cooking time.

- Lemon 1 piece
- Clarified Butter 1 tablespoon

Prepare the ingredients.

If necessary, peel the shrimp from the tails and devein them.

Melt the butter in a skillet.

Add the shrimp.
