Fried seafood with garlic and tomatoes
Ingredients
- Squid 4 pieces
- Octopus 5 oz
- Squid 15 oz
- King Prawns 12 pieces
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Parsley ½ bunches
- Rosemary 2 stalks
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the seafood: dice the Chilean squid and cooked octopus into three by three centimeter cubes, slice the regular squid into rings, and clean the shrimp if necessary.
Step 2
Chop the parsley and rosemary leaves, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 3
Slice the garlic thinly.
Step 4
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the seafood and cook for one minute, then stir in the herbs and tomatoes. Heat for another minute and serve.
