Ingredients
- Scallops 8 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 5 fl oz
- Maple syrup 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Miso Paste 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the scallops and dry them very well. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat and add the scallops. Fry on both sides for about 3 minutes until golden brown and transfer to a plate.
Step 3
In the wok, add the vinegar, maple syrup, and miso paste. Cook until the mixture reduces to a sauce consistency.
Step 4
Return the scallops to the wok and mix well. Serve immediately.
