- White Cabbage 20 oz

Remove the casing from the sausage, slice it into pieces about 5-6 mm thick, and fry before serving.
Step 2
Simultaneously, prepare the stewed cabbage, making it spicier than usual, place it on a plate, top it with sausage slices, and sprinkle with chopped parsley or dill. You can take thin sausage links, rinse them, pat them dry, and fry in fat until a golden, crispy crust forms. When serving, cut the sausage into portions, place them on a warmed dish, and garnish with stewed cabbage.
