Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage 4 pieces
  • Rice 1½ glasses
  • Soy Sauce 2 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the rice in boiling water until tender. Drain.

Step 2

Heat the wok thoroughly and sauté the bacon, cut into small pieces, until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.

Step 3

Lightly beat the eggs and pour them into the wok. Stirring continuously, cook for about a minute. Then add the rice, mix well, and cook for another 5-6 minutes.

Step 4

Add the bacon and stir for another 1-2 minutes.

Step 5

Remove from heat and add soy sauce. Serve immediately.
