Fried Radishes with Aromatic Oil

Ingredients

  • Turnips 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Scallions 1 piece
  • Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" 0 oz
  • Unrefined Sunflower Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2

Cut the radishes into four parts.

Step 3

Slice the green onion into rings.

Step 4

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.

Step 5

Add the radishes to the skillet and fry, stirring, until golden brown, about 4–5 minutes.

Step 6

Add the green onion and spinach leaves to the radishes, and fry for another minute.

Step 7

Transfer the radishes to a serving dish, drizzle with sunflower oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 8

These radishes make an excellent side dish for any meat or fish.
