- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 4 tablespoons

Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes. Preheat the oven to 390°F and place them in a baking dish. Add the olive oil.

In a small bowl, mix the salt, paprika, black pepper, a bit of powdered sugar, and Parmesan cheese.
