- Garlic 8 cloves
- Coarse Salt to taste

Preheat the oven to 445°F.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into quarters and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Add unpeeled garlic cloves, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
