Ingredients
- Pickles 15 pieces
- Egg white 1 piece
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Chili jam 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Milk 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil 15 fl oz
- Dried Dill Stems 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the beaten egg, a tablespoon of flour, milk, dill, Worcestershire sauce, and chili sauce. Set aside.
Step 2
Combine the remaining flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Cut the pickles into elongated quarters and dip them alternately into the milk mixture and then into the flour. Repeat.
Step 4
Heat the frying oil in a pot to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and fry the pickles until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil with a paper towel.
