- Orange Bell Peppers 4 pieces
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves

- Coarse Salt to taste

- Fresh basil leaves to taste

Step 1
Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
Step 3
Place the peppers cut side up on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 4
Thinly slice the garlic and distribute it over the peppers, then sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Bake in the oven until soft, about 35 minutes.
Step 6
Transfer the peppers to a plate and sprinkle with basil.
