  • Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces

  • Minced garlic to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the grill in the oven.

Step 2

Wash the peppers well, cut off the tops, slice them in half, and remove the seeds and membranes. Place them on a baking sheet and roast until the skin starts to char. Transfer to a plastic bag and let sit for 10 minutes. Peel off the skin and slice the peppers into strips.

Step 3

Transfer to a bowl and add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic to taste, and parsley. Gently mix and serve at room temperature.
