  • Parsnip 30 oz
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Coarse Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Italian chopped parsley 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 445°F.

Step 2

Cut the parsnip diagonally into thin pieces and place them in a bowl. Add olive oil and salt. Mix well and spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place pieces of butter on top.

Step 3

Roast the parsnip for 20 minutes, then flip and roast for another 15 minutes until tender and golden.

Step 4

Transfer to a plate, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
