A great addition to roasted meat.
Ingredients
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard ½ teaspoon
- Minced garlic ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves ¾ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spanish onions 1 head

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Peel the onions and cut them into large segments. Transfer to a bowl and toss well with the dressing.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 4
Transfer the onions to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until tender and golden brown.
Step 5
Serve drizzled with the dressing and sprinkled with parsley.
