- Fresh Mushrooms 20 oz
- Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
- Herbs to taste
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Clean the mushrooms (porcini, champignons, saffron milk caps), rinse them, blanch in hot water, and dry on a towel.
Step 2
Then cut them into large slices, season with salt, and fry on both sides in a preheated pan with oil. After that, sprinkle with flour and fry everything together once more.
Step 3
Serve hot in the same pan, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley or dill.
