Ingredients
- Ricotta cheese 15 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 cups
- Breadcrumbs 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces

Heat the vegetable oil in a pot to 355°F.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in one bowl, crack the eggs and lightly beat them. In another bowl, place the breadcrumbs. Roll the cheese balls first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs, again in the egg and breadcrumbs, ensuring the cheese is well coated. Transfer to a parchment-lined sheet.
Step 3
Fry the balls in batches of 10 for about 30 seconds until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel and lightly salt.
